Mitchell LeGasi Group

Rooted in Community.

From early concepts to housing ready for development, every project reflects a commitment to stability, dignity, and lasting community impact.

Rooted in Community.Built Through Experience.

A Place for Every Beginning

Mitchell LeGasi Group is a developer creating affordable housing that supports stability, dignity, and opportunity. Our team reflects the communities we serve and brings lived experience, professional discipline, and a direct understanding of the needs that continue beyond housing.

Our work includes site evaluation, land-use strategy, entitlement coordination, partnership development, financing support, affordable-housing project planning, and consulting work for affordable projects.

At the center of our mission is a simple belief: stable housing is the foundation for safety, health, and opportunity. We develop housing with purpose—creating communities where individuals and families can settle, heal, and move forward.

We are not limited to affordable housing. Mitchell LeGasi Group also acquires and owns projects outside the affordable-housing space, including mixed-use and commercial opportunities.

Together with Neighborhood Community Housing and other mission-aligned partners, we work to create affordable housing that supports people, strengthens communities, and helps build lasting change.

NCH Mission

How we work

01

Listen locally

Each neighborhood brings knowledge, relationships, and a vision worth honoring.

02

Deliver with care

We balance quality, durability, affordability, and the details that make daily life easier.

03

Build long-term value

We steward projects beyond delivery so homes and communities can keep thriving.

NCH Mission

Making Housing Stability a Priority.

Our mission is to restore hope and improve quality of life by providing affordable housing paired with meaningful support services. We are committed to building more than homes—we create opportunity, foster dignity, and nurture communities where individuals and families can heal, grow, and thrive.

Through housing, meals, resources, and a human-centered approach, we stand with underserved communities on the journey toward stability and a brighter tomorrow.

Housing and Support

Housing Is the Foundation. Support Creates Stability.

We believe housing is the foundation, but the work does not end at the front door. Stability requires connection, coordination, resources, and trusted support systems that help people remain housed and move forward.

Through NCH, Mitchell LeGasi Group strengthens the connection between affordable housing development, research, service coordination, case management support, and community-based care.
